OFFICIAL RULES
To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING A DONATION) WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor: Make-A-Wish® Foundation Of Central And Northern Florida, Inc., 850 Concourse Pkwy S, Suite 150, Maitland, FL 32751 (“Sponsor”).
2. Administrator: Probability LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadow Ln, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, NY 12498 (“Administrator”).
3. Eligibility: “Summer of Wishes Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry and reside in one (1) of the following counties in Florida: Citrus, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, Volusia, Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Taylor, Wakulla, Walton, Washington, Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Flagler, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Marion, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee, Union, Brevard, Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Sarasota counties (“Territory”). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, City Kia of Greater Orlando, City Kia Satellite (collectively the “Dealerships”), any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win the prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. For the avoidance of doubt, those who provide services on a volunteer basis to the Make-A-Wish® Central & Northern Florida ARE eligible (including unpaid interns). Potential winner may be required to provide proof of legal residency upon request prior to prize award. Void outside of the Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Sweepstakes Schedule: Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 5, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 22, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
5. Sweepstakes Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter in one (1) of two (2) ways:
A) ENTRY VIA DONATIONS: Navigate the internet to (“Website”) and follow the instructions to make a donation. On the official entry form, you will be asked to provide your name, complete mailing address (with zip code), e-mail address, and date of birth, as well as your credit card/debit card or other payment method for the donation. With a donation of $10.00, you will receive one (1) entry. For donation amounts in a single transaction in excess of $10.00, you will receive the following number of entries:
$25 – 3 entries
$50 – 7 entries
$100 – 15 entries
$250 – 40 entries
$1,000 – 250 entries
(each, a “Donation Entry”; if more than one [1], “Donation Entries”).
MAKING A DONATION ON WEBSITE ALONE WILL NOT RESULT IN RECEIPT OF DONATION ENTRY/ENTRIES. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE DONATION ENTRY/ENTRIES, A PERSON MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM IN ADDITION TO MAKING A DONATION TO SPONSOR.
Receipt of donation/Donation Entry/Entries will be acknowledged by Sponsor but such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding as to a person’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
Donation amounts across multiple separate transactions will NOT be combined to determine the number of Donation Entries received. For example, if Marvin donates $25.00 on August 10 and another $25.00 on August 31, Marvin will receive six (6) [NOT seven (7)] Donation Entries.
Donation amounts will NOT be rounded up for purposes of receiving Donation Entries. For example, a donation of $30.00 will result in three (3) [NOT seven (7)] Donation Entries.
Only donations made on the Website in conjunction with completion/submission of the official entry form will result in receipt of Donation Entry/Entries; if donation is made otherwise (e.g., via phone or postal mail) or is made on the Website without also contemporaneously submitting a completed official entry form, no Donation Entry/Entries will be received. In addition, donations made to other chapters of the Make-A-Wish Foundation will NOT result in receipt of Donation Entry/Entries.
You are advised to consult with your accountant and/or other tax professional as to whether (and, if so, to what extent) the amount donated is eligible for a charitable deduction or other tax benefit under applicable law.
If donation transaction is declined/rejected for any reason, no Donation Entry/Entries will be received.
*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Donation Entry/Entries is/are made via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. THESE CHARGES ARE IN ADDITION TO THE AMOUNT DONATED. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your donation/participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device’s capabilities for specific instructions.
B) FREE ALTERNATE ENTRY VIA MAIL: To enter the Sweepstakes WITHOUT making a donation hand print on a 3”x5” card your name, mailing address (with zip code), e-mail address (required), daytime phone number and date of birth and mail it in a business size (#10) envelope to: “Summer of Wishes Sweepstakes Entry”, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999. Entries must be postmarked by 9/23/25 and received by 9/30/25. 3”x5” cards received after 9/30/25 are void and will not result in Sweepstakes entry. Each 3”x5” card must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced or copied 3”x5” cards will not result in entry. Receipt of 3”x5” cards will not be acknowledged; and, 3”x5” cards become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, illegible, damaged 3”x5” cards or for postage due mail. Proof of submission of 3”x5” card does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry.
Each valid 3”x5” card received will result in issuance of 250 Donation Entries.
Participants may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is optional, is not required in order for an individual to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve one’s chances of winning. In the event a Participant does consent to receive e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of https://wish.org/privacy-policy and Participants may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.
6. Sweepstakes Random Drawing: Potential winner will be randomly selected on or about 10/01/2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent organization whose decisions (along with those of Sponsor) are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
7. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about October 1, 2025. Before being declared the winner (“Winner”), potential prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is owner of the credit card/debit card/method of payment who made the Donation (for entries made via Method A) or the e-mail address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method B), as applicable. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
8. Prize, Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) and Odds:
PRIZE (1 winner): Prize winner will receive one (1) Kawasaki NAV® 4e Limited Personal Transportation Vehicle**, which is designed and equipped for use ONLY on roadways designed for multi-use vehicles (e.g., personal transportation vehicles and golf carts) and is NOT designed for use on public roads. BEFORE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, WINNER IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THE OWNER’S MANUAL AS WELL AS ALL APPLICABLE FLORIDA STATE, COUNTY, MUNICIPAL AND OTHER LAWS/REGULATIONS AND TO TAKE ALL RECOMMENDED SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. MSRP of prize is: $19,999.00.

Odds of winning the prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
9. Additional Prize Restrictions:
Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs related to acceptance and use of the Prize.
The preceding includes but is not limited to
– upgrades and options not provided with vehicle; and
– any expenses in operating the vehicle.
If winner’s residence is within 100 miles of the City Kia of Greater Orlando/City Kia Satellite in Orlando (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), winner must pick the vehicle at the Kia dealership. But, if winner’s residence is elsewhere, vehicle will be shipped to winner’s residence (at Sponsor’s sole expense).
Vehicle is awarded subject to availability: Sponsor disclaims any and all liability related to vehicle availability. Winner must accept vehicle (via pick-up or delivery, depending on location of winner’s residence as discussed above) within thirty (30) days of notification of availability or prize will be forfeited without compensation and an alternate potential winner selected as set forth above. To take possession of vehicle, valid government issued photo identification (e.g., a Florida driver’s license) is required. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional/advertising materials.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR AND CITY KIA MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE) AS TO THE PRIZE.
Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes on the prize. Winner understands and agrees that, as per applicable law, Sponsor is required to report winner’s receipt of the prize (and the fair market value of the prize) to applicable government authorities, including the Internal Revenue Service via IRS 1099 Tax Form; and, to this end, winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor including by providing his/her Social Security Number upon request via IRS W9 Tax Form.
No prize substitution except by Sponsor in its sole discretion if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, and only then for prize of comparable value. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Prize is not transferable without the written consent of Sponsor which may be withheld or granted at its sole discretion and without liability of any kind.
10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and its agencies (including Administrator) are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to human, typographical, printing or electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with (or attempts to tamper with) the entry process/operation of the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof). In such event, Sponsor shall conduct the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing from among all eligible unaffected Donation Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor and all eligible entries provided to persons who submitted a valid 3”x5” card as per Method B above or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of cancellation/termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies (including Administrator) assume responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries (i.e., Donation Entries or 3”x5” cards); failure to Sponsor/Administrator to properly record or credit a donor who completed and submitted an official entry form in accordance with Method A with Donation Entry/Entries due to technological malfunction, failure, error or other reason beyond the control of Sponsor/Administrator; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, or electronic/Donation Entry/Entries to be received or recorded/credited on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone/device (or data/information stored thereon) related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes.
Participants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE(S) OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE OR AN INDIVIDUAL OTHERWISE ATTEMPTS TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR (AS WELL AS ADMINISTRATOR) MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
11. Additional Conditions of Participation: By participating, Participants agree to be bound by and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Spanish language versions of these Official Rules, the English language version will prevail, govern and control in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Dealerships, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, death, loss or damage to person(s) or property arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of prize. By participating, Participants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use the Participant’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising, trade and/or promotional material or on a winner’s list (if applicable) without compensation or notice, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
12. Disputes: To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the awarding of the Prize (including, without limitation, the Prize and/or its use thereof) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Circuit Court of Orange County in the State of Florida (or if the Circuit Court does not have jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof, then to such other court sitting in such county having subject matter jurisdiction); (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
13. Privacy Policy/Data Collection: All personal information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at (Privacy Policy).
14. Winner’s List: For the name of the winner, mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Summer of Wishes Sweepstakes Winner”, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received by October 24, 2025.
